Admission Criteria and Withdrawal Guidelines

Admission is granted based on written and oral tests, subject to seat availability in the respective class. The test consists of written examinations in English, Mathematics, and Hindi. While there is no prescribed syllabus, candidates must possess adequate knowledge of subjects appropriate for the class below the one they are applying for. The child must be medically fit. For admission to Class 1 and above, a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) is required. To withdraw a student, a written notice of one full calendar month or payment of one month's fee in lieu of notice must be provided. The Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will only be issued once all pending dues, including the T.C. fee, have been cleared. Additionally, a Birth Certificate and two passport-size photographs are required.

Indisciplinary Activities

The school expects students to maintain discipline and uphold the values of respect, responsibility, and good conduct. Any violation of the school's code of conduct may be considered an indisciplinary activity and could result in strict action. The following are some examples of indisciplinary activities:

  • Irregular Attendance.
  • Damage of school property.
  • Moral breach considered by the school authorities.

Progress Report

Parents will be informed of the academic progress report of the ward at the end of the term every year along with their participation & achievement in Co. curricular & Extracurricular activities. The following Examination will be conducted during one Academic year.

  • Half Yearly Examination August.
  • Annual Examination March.

Regular home work & Class work will be checked by the concerned subject teachers. Promotion will be given on the basis of terminal & Final Examination along with the discipline & cumulative performance of the students throughout the whole year.

Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for a student's academic success and overall development. The school emphasizes the importance of punctuality and consistent attendance to ensure students make the most of their learning opportunities.

  • Student must have 75% attendance in an academic year.
  • No leave is granted except on prior application from parents/Guardians on genuine grounds.
  • In case of sickness Medical certificate of a Register Doctor has to be submitted along with the leave application.
  • It is Compulsory for a student to attend school on the first and last day of long vacations and also on the school Functions days.
  • Regular attendance of student is necessary to maintain the link of day to day academic progress in the class room teaching.

Eligiblity

The school has set specific eligibility criteria for admission to ensure that students meet the required academic and developmental standards. Age Criteria:

  • The minimum age for admission to Class 1 is 5+ years as of March 31st of the academic year
  • For other classes, the age requirement will be based on the standard progression of one year per grade.
